Journey to Healing
Counseling
Journey to Healing Counseling offers individual, couple, and family counseling services. There are many paths toward achieving physical, mental, and emotional healing. Treating the mind, body, and spirit working from a strengths-based, culturally sensitive, collaborative perspective, I approach therapy with the firm belief that you are worthy of authentically embracing and expressin everything that makes you human. Establishing and maintaining a strong therapeutic relationship and fostering a non-judgmental space, my therapeutic methodology draws from the natural world and evidence-based treatment models.
I deeply believe in the human spirit’s inherent resilience and capacity to heal from even the most challenging experiences. Whether you’re facing past traumas, anxiety, life stressors, or any other emotional difficulties, my goal is to help you live your best life, generate change, and achieve the goals you want to accomplish. Through an integrative approach, we will work toward implementing new strategies, learning specific coping skills, recognizing generational patterns, and resolving past trauma to identify and provide relief from barriers that hold you back from the life you want.
You are the expert in your life; ultimately, the answers you’ve searched for are within you. You know where you have been, where you are now, and where you want to go. Together, we identify the best treatment path and set attainable goals for healing. Whatever may have led you to seek therapy, I am eager to help you and your loved ones on your journey to healing.
